Modern World Literature is a survey of western world literary masterpieces from the Enlightenment to the present. Readings include selections from Voltaire, Goethe, Flaubert, Dostoevsky, Tolstoy, Kafka and Achebe, among others. This course was formerly ENGL 2420.
