CRMJ 1311 - Criminal Law
Criminal Law examines the emergence of criminal law, criminal penalties and how law is used to regulate human behavior. The study of substantive law, which defines the elements, rights, and responsibilities of law, will constitute the primary learning focus. Prerequisites & Notes Note: This course was formerly CRMJ 2540.
