CRMJ 2311 - Juvenile Justice
Juvenile Justice is an overview of the extent, causes, nature, and control of juvenile delinquency from a sociological perspective. Various theories of delinquency causation, the role of social institutions, the major components of the juvenile justice system, and a traditional juvenile corrections will be presented Prerequisites & Notes Note: This course was formerly CRMJ 2500. Prerequisites: READ 0870, ENGL 0870, or appropriate entrance scores. 3 Credit Hours - 3 Lecture Hours (Variable) Note: * Course designed for transfer.
