MATH 1630 - Finite Mathematics
Finite Mathematics presents algebraic, logarithmic, and exponential functions and their applications; mathematics of finance, annuities, and amortization; systems of linear equations and inequalities, Gauss-Jordan elimination, and matrix theory; and linear programming using graphical methods. Prerequisites & Notes Prerequisites: MATH 1100 or ACT Math subscore of 22 or departmental approval through placement testing. 3 Credit Hours - 3 Lecture Hours - 3 Contact Hours Note: * Course designed for transfer. Approved course for TBR/Northeast State’s General Education Core.
