AVIT 1310 - General Fundamentals I |
General Fundamentals I: the first module will focus on hangar operations, safety, policies and procedures. The second module will introduce the student to the history of aviation and aerodynamics including the organization of the Federal Aviation Administration. The third module will focus on Risk Management and mitigation. The fourth module will cover Human Factors; over 80% of all aviation is due to Human Factors, and the final module will cover the 5s concepts of organization.
Prerequisites & Notes
Prerequisites: ENGL 1010, MATH 1010, and EDUC 1030.
3 Credit Hours - 2 Lecture Hours, 2 Lab hours.
