AVIT 1450 - Airframe Fundamentals III
Airframe Fundamentals III will cover aircraft electrical systems. This includes generators, DC generation systems, and DC power distribution systems, starter generators, voltage regulators and over-volt and overcurrent protection, aircraft wiring sizes, types, selection, installation and circuit protection devices, aircraft wiring shielding, instrument or instrument panel removal and installation, electrical system troubleshooting, aircraft electrical connectors, splices, terminals, and switches, aircraft battery troubleshooting and maintenance. Prerequisites & Notes Prerequisites: AVIT 1310, AVIT 1320, AVIT 1410, and AVIT 1420. 4 Credit Hours - 2 Lecture Hours 6 Lab Hours Note: Course not designed for transfer.
