ENGR 1110 - Engineering Graphics
Engineering Graphics covers the principles and methods that are utilized in modern engineering and technology graphics which are used in determining space relations of points, lines, planes, and their combination. This course places major emphasis on development of drafting skills and introduction to sketching, drafting instruments, computer software for graphic representations and problem-solving. Emphasis is placed on orthographic projection, auxiliary views, pictorial drawings, dimensioning methods, and sectioning with adherence to current drafting standards. Computer-aided drafting and design software will also be introduced and utilized. Prerequisites & Notes 3 Credit Hours - 2 Lecture Hours - 2 Lab Hours (F) Note: * Course designed for transfer.
